Day One
Arrive in Marsh Harbour and let your dreams sail into reality! When you check into the Abaco Yacht & Charter Services base, we’ll have your boat prepared and waiting for you in the marina. You’ll have plenty of options to provision for your adventure and many excellent restaurants, shops and sites to choose from on the mainland. While you explore, our expert team will craft a custom sail plan tailored to your interests, tides and weather conditions for the week to come. As the sun sets, take in the beauty of Abaco’s night sky with incredible stargazing from the comfort of your boat’s cockpit.
Day 2
Set sail from Marsh Harbour and embark on a breathtaking journey to Guana Cay. Enjoy a beautiful sunrise from the Marina before setting off across the Sea of Abaco. Along the 8 mile sail, you’ll immerse yourself in the wonders of snorkeling at Fowl Cay Park and dive into the crystal clear waters with a swim to remember at The Lagoon in Scotland Cay. Afternoon adventures await at Grabbers, where you can relax and savor the Caribbean charm. Afterwards, take a short trek to Nippers and enjoy their famous rum punch and beautiful beach.
Day 3
After a rejuvenating night’s sleep on the hook, embark on a journey eastward to Man-O-War Cay, the boat building capital of the islands. Explore the captivating settlement, visit Albury’s Boat Building & Canvas Shop and uncover the rich history of this serene and enchanting island. Afterwards, enjoy a peaceful night on the hook and take in the unforgettable sunset.
Day 4
Set sail to Hope Town on Elbow Cay, a hidden gem waiting to be explored. As you arrive and secure your mooring ball in the charming harbour, immerse yourself in the rich history and vibrant culture of this settlement. Discover the joy of fishing in these pristine waters, with abundant opportunities to troll a line and reel in your catch. Day Five
Set Sail to an iconic secluded beach for a day of fabulous beach combing, incredible snorkeling and fishing. This anchorage is also perfect for dinghy exploration, kayaking and paddleboarding. As the day draws to a close, enjoy a relaxing dinner on your yacht under a picture perfect sunset.
Day Six
Your last day on charter will be extraordinary. Sail south to your next destination, a true gem of Abaco, the picturesque oasis known as Pete’s Pub in Little Harbour. This gorgeous sheltered anchorage offers captivating island culture and remoteness. Enjoy an unforgettable lunch and Pete’s famous rum punch as you explore the breathtaking views of this charming artists’ settlement.
Day 7
So you have now explored Abaco from Guana Cay to Little Harbour. As you embark on your 3 hour motor sail back to the charter base, let the beauty of Abaco surround you one last time. Take in the breathtaking sights, the crystal clear waters and the serene atmosphere as you plan your next trip to this paradise.
